Return and Exchange Policy
At Gul Ahmed Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If the product delivered does not match the size ordered, please notify us at info@gulahmed.store within 15 days of delivery.
Note on Product Images:
Product colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting conditions or your screen settings. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchanges are processed only for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
Sale Policy:
Products purchased during sales are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, whether purchased online or in-store. Items bought at full price but later marked down in sales will be exchanged at the discounted price.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only available for prepayments where an item is out of stock, wrongly delivered, or has a manufacturing defect.
- Cash refunds are not offered. Refunds may be issued in the form of a voucher valid for 1 month.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are processed after the product is returned to Gul Ahmed Store. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
Cosmetics Policy:
Cosmetics cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
International Orders:
We currently do not offer a return or exchange policy for international orders.
Size Exchange Policy
If the delivered product does not match the ordered size or differs from the size chart on our website:
- Notify us at info@gulahmed.store within 15 days of delivery.
- Ensure the product is in original condition, unused, unworn, and with intact price labels, hangtags, and care labels.
Our support team may redirect you to the nearest Gul Ahmed Store outlet for size exchanges. This policy applies only to orders within Pakistan. For international customers, please email us for assistance.
How to Apply for an Exchange?
If you encounter a size issue or defect:
- Email us at info@gulahmed.store within 15 days of delivery, including order details, the reason for exchange, and photographic evidence.
- The product must be in its original condition with intact tags. Once verified, you will be guided to return the parcel to the address provided by our team.
Exchange Timeline
We aim to process exchange requests within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned item. During peak seasons, please allow up to 15 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Gul Ahmed Store reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as product unavailability or declined payment transactions.
