Tracking information will be provided via email once your parcel is shipped. For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure payment is made to the rider before opening the package.

Local Orders

Standard Delivery Timeline:

• For Karachi: Delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
• For the rest of Pakistan: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
• During promotional or sale periods, delivery timelines may extend to 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery Charges:

• A flat shipping fee of PKR 199 applies to all orders nationwide.
• Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding PKR 5000.

Note: If your parcel is delayed or held by customs in the destination country, you are responsible for providing the necessary documents to the authorities. Gul Ahmed Store will not be liable for refunds if the parcel is not cleared due to customs issues.
